Royal Transit Ltd Boss Mukonyenzi Tadeo in charge of Sino trucks has been remanded to Maluku Prisons over failure to pay 128M debt.
Tadeo was arrested on Tuesday afternoon from Entebbe airport. He was transferred to Mbale by CMI operatives to appear in court.
On 17th May 2022, Mbale High Court directed Tadeo to pay 128M to Kama Oil Ltd or face arrest.
Chris Matembu Wataka, the General Manager for Kama Oil, says Tadeo’s Royal Transit was their client right from 2014 and would after every two weeks. He adds that the money later accumulated, and he disappeared.
He was remanded on Wednesday evening.
