Vice President Maj. Jessica Alupo has already landed in China where she will represent her boss Gen. Yoweri Museveni at the Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
The country’s No.2 flanked by her hubby Peter Abaine arrived this evening at Beijing Capital International Airport in Beijing, China. The Summit will take place between September 4 to 6.
The Vice President was upon arrival, received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Gen. Jeje Odongo and China’s Ambassador to Uganda H.E. Zhang Zhongli and officials from Uganda’s Embassy in Beijing.
Uganda and China enjoy cordial bilateral relations touching various fields including education, trade, ICT among others. Well, our Inspectors captured the moments as workholic Alupo jetted into the Asian country where she will put Uganda’s case on the forefront during that important summit. Enjoy!
