NRM Secretary General Richard Todwong has arrived at Lira Hotel in Lira city where he is expected to have an engagement with the Party structures on issues of Manifesto implementation and service delivery in Lango sub-region.
Todwong was received by party officials that including Tanga Odoi, the NRM EC Chairperson and Sam Engola, the Presidential Advisor on Lango affairs. Other senior leaders who welcomed the Secretary General include, directors Emmanuel Dombo (Information), Hajjat Medina Naham (Finance and Administration), Major Rtd Awich Pollar (External Affairs), Sam Eyenga, the senior manager for Mobilization, Area Members of Parliament among others.
During this meeting, the party officials are expected to have several interactions with the local leaders on issues affecting their communities.
Yesterday the Party Secretariat officially kicked off ongoing mobilisation tours in Busoga and Lango sub-regions aimed at creating a platform for discussion on the impact of government programs.
