Police in Iganga is stuck with a Day-Old baby whose mother is yet to be identified.
It is stated that the baby boy was abandoned and discovered by residents at Nakilulwe village Nawaninji sub-county Iganga district.
According to the eyewitnesses the newborn baby boy was dropped by an unknown person.
The Area LC1 chairperson Famba Abasa confirmed the incident, saying the hunt for the owner of the infant was on. He warned the public against abusing the rights of children.
