Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) deputy director general, Olive Lumonya has opened a one week Training of Trainers course.
The workshop is aimed at enhancing the skills of aviation security officers and supervisors in implementing additional security measures to enhance capacity.
Lumonya encouraged participants to engage actively and apply the knowledge gained to implement appropriate preventive security measures in order to ensure that Uganda and the global civil aviation remain fully protected from acts of unlawful interference.
